The Leadership center is owned and operated by the Nebraska Vocational Agriculture Foundation. Located in Aurora Nebraska, The center is located on a large secluded estate providing accommodations to serve your groups needs.
A variety of accommodations provide comfortable, clean lodging so you may select the best option for your group's pleasure and budget. Twenty-eight motel type rooms are available in Kiewit Lodge. Private baths and two double beds are in each room. Bedding and towels are provided. We have rooms available at motels nearby to handle our larger groups. Our dormitories accommodate 156 people in bunk beds. Bedding and towels are not provided in this facility.
Large auditoriums and small breakout rooms are available depending upon the needs of your group. Larger rooms will accommodate up to 400 people. Audio-visual aid equipment is provided for your best presentations. From flip charts and markers to large screen TVs and VCRs, everything is ready for you when you arrive. Satellite down link and telephone hookups are available for two-way communications.
A variety of activities are available. An indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, volleyball and basketball provide year-round fun. Outdoor sand volleyball, horseshoes, paddle boats and fishing add hours of pleasure to your visit. Golf courses and tennis courts are close by for your enjoyment.
Good food is essential for a successful conference. Plentiful and delicious food is served in our dining hall for your dining pleasure. Special menus and diets can be designed to meet your needs. The quality and quantity of our food show the importance we place on your satisfaction.
